The Brooklyn Nets have declined to tender Day'Ron Sharpe his one-year, $5.98 million qualifying offer which will make him an unrestricted free agent. Sharpe, who is represented by Aaron Reilly, was the 29th overall pick in the 2021 draft out of North Carolina.

The Nets, however, have interest in re-signing Sharpe using cap space.

In 50 games last season, Sharpe averaged 7.9 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 18.1 minutes.
